I heard another turboed mustang sorta like what u r talking about except it was a blue saleen. Yes I know, a true saleen is supercharged but this one had the distinct sound of a turbo also via the sound of a bov as it cruised by. I saw it heading to poqouson also could this be the one u are talking about or are u sure it was black?

The problem with a blow off valve is it vents air that has already been through the mass air meter and accounted for by the ECU. You could get a "blow through" mass air meter and than vent it like a turbo but the "blow throughs" are about twice the price of the draw through ones. FMIC can be used by any centrifugal blower.

I hope your sure. Its just that turbos cost so much more the 2v 4.6's. Theres really no one who makes a kit and theres so much more work that has to be done. Its much more cost effecient and just about as effective to run a blower at 12+psi.
and someone else makes a kit but I cant remember off the top of my head what their site is.
But yeah the prices are steep and there is usually a bit of work to be done up i.e. k-member, front suspension, etc, not to mention good luck with your tranny/rear suspension lasting w/ all that TQ.
