see, i figured it was a simple in and out thing with the ball joint so i thought nothing of it.

I am getting a lawyer and i will be causing trouble with that dealership. Who and what gives them the right to fuck around with another man's car, i do not get that shit.

To be honest you have no solid proof, you will lose if you try to sue. Do you know exactly what is wrong with your engine? Find out to start with...

Hall Nissan SUCKS ASS, Just bought a brandnew 03' altima etc. got recalled to bring in CAtyl..work etc. I got it back 5+ hours later....with a fuccen 6-9" paint/small long dent scrape on passenger bumper....shit I don't even wash it anymore cause of it. I know for a fact it was them when they pulled it out to park for me to pick up etc. I just haven't any proof...sucks man!..........Ps. yeah I think the tech took your shit out for a joyride!

This is the whole point of having a forum for local car enthusiasts. Why take your vehicle to a shop and pay way too much for low quality work? Granted, there are a couple of shops in the area that are trustworthy and back their work. However, there are enough people on here that are eager to turn wrenches and have the "know-how" to do most projects that all you would have to do is ask for help.
