How much money do you have to spend on it right now? Lets go from there so we can see what kind of balance of looks and performance we have to work with. But for paint, at least $3K for a decent job.

Off-Topic, but do you go to ODU? I see a black Saleen just like in your avatar there quite often.

I would like to think that 6K would cover all that and maybe a cheap exhaust system too. This depending also on if you get the best wheels and tires on the market and elect to paint your car with "House-of-Colour".

Alright, well I went to the body shop and decided not to paint the car b/c it is going to be a big hastle. I'm gonna leave it white. Now I need help deciding on the hood and front bumper b/c of the deer those two things need to be replaced. I also need some help on nice rims/tires (as a package hopefully). I dont want shiny rims b/c I think they look tacky esp on a white car. I'm looking for maybe the cobra rims or something of that nature.

I have chrome cobra R's on my 85. If you want something a little more modest, I would go with the 93 Cobra rims. Those would look very nice against white. IMO

a nice 2 1/2 inch cowl hood (fiberglass) would look good, but keep the car looking stock. stock mustangs look good. if you go for cobra rims, get the 98 style rims. they look pretty good on fox body mustangs. get a ford racing catalog...they have a lot of rims. the bullitt rims that come on the stock 01-up GTs also look pretty good on the fox mustangs.

I don't think she would want to go through the hassle of converting to 5 lug.
