I think he has a pretty good point, and based on that, I dont' think he needs to waste money on a lawyer. Just go tell the judge exactly what you told us, and he should see it your way and you'll be in the clear. I would wish you good luck, but seriously, you don't even need it.

friend just got 3 months in jail and 2500 fine for street racing on 564. hey ain't playin around anymore. I can't believe he got that much. better off just drinking and driving. This was after his appeal too and there was no speed or video. late

Is that serving three months or sentenced three months with all of it suspended provided he doesn't get in trouble for 3 months or a year?

How about this, 564 was blown up a long time ago, and there's a reason why none of the people who started racing on 564 race there any more. If you have a good spot to run thats quiet and only a select few know about it, then KEEP IT THAT WAY. Otherwise, you're fucked.

I have raced on 564 for over 8 years, and now I want even speed on it thanks to it being blown the fuck up by everyone and their mother.
