i think i saw somwhere that just registering the car after it was legal to be drivin on the streets was some crazy amount of money too, but what it comes down to is how deep your pockets are, you have the money you can have almost anything

The Skyline is a great performance car whos main draw is probably it's rarity in the US. I guess if one is consumed by the whole JDM thing, the Skyline is like their Ferrari or Lambo

Twin-turbo, awd, 300+hp, great for tuning, handles well, sharp looks, stupid rare in the States.(GT-R specs) What's not to like? It's not my type of car, but I can understand the craze. I'd personally just get a Supra.
