VIS or Seibon CF hoods
Here is the really obvious trick to not getting resin to fade/chalk in the sun: Clearcoat it.
Use a clearcoat that offers good UV protection, the polyester resin used to make hoods is just like a gelcoated boat. Both fade and chalk, and need to be shielded from UV and stuff so they don't oxidize. UV also makes polyester resin turn amber, also a very attractive thing..
Until carbon hood makers start using better (i.e. not dirt cheap like polyester) resins, hoods will look like crap after a while.

i gotta vis on my prelude...and the fitment is okay. it could be a little better, but ive seen a lot worse.

be practical on what? half these ppl spend $2000 on some wheels for a car worth $500...why not spend 1000 on a hood, i dont see the differnce..a couple of my boys had them..so i am being practical
