My New Time Attack Car Build Thread
Found a guy on Bimmerforums that has a build similar to mine, he also has a G-Force trans but his is top shifted instead of side shifted. Sounds awesome!

that track looks like a blast to drive ( but then again, what track doest?) Seemed like there was tons of grip in that car from the way he was man handling it around the track. Really hope your slut gets set up like this. Saw it at ramey built, and told my GTO friend what was going in it, and your plans, he about shit his pants.
Same guy who needed your stock balancer, thanks again btw

Got a couple things done, not much but the wiring is almost done and the headers are coming along. The wizard is hard at work.
Here are a couple pics of whats up.
The sunroof delete

The competition steering shaft. Gets rid of the rag joint near the rack. Nice flaming river U-Joints and a collapsible shaft.

Weighed it to determine my desired spring rates. This is with me in it.

Did a little cleaning on the interior

After talking with different builders, racers, and James Clay at Bimmerworld I decided on AST 4200 coilovers. They should work out well for what I want to do with the car. Very nice coilovers.

. Gonna loose some more weight with the new suspension though.
