spent a night to school myself on bondo and fiber glass
the bondo is kinda easy, the fiberglass is a tad harder
i did half of my damaged fender, thats why it doesnt look so well. but i noticed i need more layers, its not thick enough
hey lee... can i do this to your good fenders please? haha
its my first time. ill get better trust me

(yes i know its sagging a bit)
not to mention thats a mold of my damaged fender
i have lee's 2 good fenders to make molds of
note learned so far, painters tape is NOT resin proof lol. ill use plastic wrap next time

You know there are a bigillion sites that show you the proper steps to fiber glassing and making molds. Its a lot harder than it sounds.
Nothing wrong with that. I do my own stuff also. Im just saying if you knew the proper technic off copying a mold or making a mold it would have saved you a lot of time. Im jut saying for your benefit. There are a lot off videos online for this kind of stuff. I hate body work, so i rather not mess with stuff like this.

I also understand hes wantin to learn and what not but I still stand behind my statement bout Sorta-fits... 45 dollar fenders FTMFW!
the mold is like 60 percent done
i deleted the black trim on the middle portion by filling it... it didnt come out right. i dont need it be fine
also the lip, i want it perfect so i added some more filler there, ill sand down, look for any bubbles or anything, and fill that
the more i fill/sand now, the less i have to do it on the new fender
the hood is coming out sweet
