I'm pretty sure it wasn't, I've seen a few running around with JDM front ends, and I've never thought it looked like a Silvia.
Here, it looked just like this, except a brighter red:

Its possible that it just had a silvia bumper, but i'm 99% sure it had those tapered down headlights. I've seen it mentioned on here somewhere before too.

There is a redish integra that is at ODU some times with a kouki S14 front end - it is terrible. It was in the same parking lot as my car once and I was laughing because of how bad it looks next to a real one.

 

I let a white e30 with black wheels(not sure on type) out of the hampton roads driving school parking lot onto va beach blvd yesterday. your car made me want an e30
