Actually it doesnt belong to the tax payers at all, it belongs to the owner of that complex. It's private property, not public.

Besides, "the lot" is such a faggot name, where's the allure, the appeal? When we were running shit, we had kickass names for our spots. Like Benns, and Batcave, and Darkness. None of this corny "the lot" bullshit. This aint a reality show.
