Yeah its supposed to have 93 oct but we run the Murano on 89 and it runs fine and since they have the same engine if figured it wouldnt hurt until summer!

octane booster would ultimately cost more than putting higher octane gas in it.. that stuff is a waste bro.

I really wouldn't run 87 in your G! I've read alot of problems that have arisen from doing just that in their Z's on forums. It probably wouldn't make much of a difference short-term, especially if you don't do it constantly, but I imagine there will be consequences down the line. They recommend high octane for a reason, or at least that's the way I look at it! Ready to turbo it yet?!!

I love how affordable that gorgeous G35 is. Grats on the purchase.

Sound Advice. I was wondering if you had an extra bedroom because if i even think about putting a turbo (or anything under the hood) on the G, my wife will insure that i will be looking for a new place to live!

Gracias!

LMAO... today as I was driving back to blacksburg, I got caught up in the freakin football traffic Anyway, some stupid little tech chick desides shes gonna tailgate me in her eclipse. So I had to play with her a bit. So going up 460 around peppers she tries the ol whip out and pass routine only to be given the gas face as I gradually sped up not to let her pass.. then i switched over to manual and floored it. Needless to say she didnt try again!
