I have no need or purpose to speak to you but since you bring it up- I think if you were stuck driving a car that looks like mine after someone agreed to paint it... then fucked up the perfectly fine paint primering it only to tell you he wasn't going to paint it you wouldn't care what kind of paint job you got b/c at least it's one god damn color.

To the others:
Maaco has a warranty(i honestly wouldnt trust aynthing unless it's in writting)- i've seen decent work out of them- the one in NN/Hampton. I can get the guy's name who does some nice paint jobs through them if interested.

.
if i remember correctly, and i do. i agreed to paint the car a basecoat clearcoat. but you wanted the 3 stage paint. you talked to nate about painting it and thats why i did the bodywork, hes the one who was supposed to paint it cause i wasnt comfortable with doing that 3 stage red pearl paint job at the time, i was perfectly willing to do the base/clear paint job but you didnt want that and thats why you spoke to nate and thats why i did the bodywork and primed it, and maybe if you would just go ahead and pay someone to do it instead of expecting it to be done for free, than problem solved...

i am planning on taking my car to maaco in a week to get some body/paint work on my white accord. i was planning on either championship white or the infiniti pearl white ... apparently right now they have a special for $499 that includes a four or five-year warranty (i called them and forgot what they had said). i have three semesters left in school (well, i hope) before i graduate and i'm planning on selling it then anyway so i can indulge in some new hotness.

it's true when they say you get what you pay for, and since i'm not keeping the car for longer than another two years, i think it will be worth it. let's just hope they don't fuck up too bad .

i'll update with before/after pics when the work is done. until then, i hope everybody has a great new year.

cheers!

I highly recommend Macco in Portsmouth. I have seen really good paint jobs come out of them.
