We have an opening in the paint shop for a sander and taper. Pretty easy, you just have to have enough sense to follow directions. It's a great entry level position, most painters and body techs start out in the prep line. You won't get rich sanding but you'll learn a lot and can advance if you're smart enough. My buddy needs a job, I will tell him to call. He has painted/taped/sanded/buffed a good number of cars, so training really wouldn't be neccessary. What is the pay range?

Pay is pretty much subject to experience, but somewhere around 7+ bucks an hour. The job is fairly, just following instructions is the big part. You'd be amazed......
