I work at the melting pot..pretty cool place.. It is a fondue restaurant so you cook your own food.. Kind of....anyways chicks freaking LOVE this place. Only thing is its kind of expensive, probably run you about the same price as the Bistro or Zinc.... Its a good place to sit down and get to know someone.

There are no great pho restaurants in Va Beach. You'll have to make some Vietnamese friends and get in good with their moms.

My point is that not everyone can look sexy while eating pho, especially those who aren't proficient at using chopsticks. I dated one white guy who refused a fork and splashed soup all over his face. I went out with another guy just this morning who tried to pick up the noodles with his hands and shove them in his mouth.

yes! i love that place. fondue is pretty awesome, they have a great drink menu and wine list, and the booths are private-ish. my boyfriend and i decided to only go there for dessert and drinks next time... the first time we went, we ordered the filet and lobster tail ($$$). it came out uncooked, we were kinda tipsy by that point and didn't really know what to do with it.. haha so we just dumped it all in there and left it in way too long.. way to fuck up some delicious food!

I have a personal reputation of having a rather weak stomach, but spicy food never gives me problems. I had Vindaloo at Nawab, hot, but no problems 'til the next morning. I felt like I was shitting molten metal.
