Well my husband is going to sell the rims to someone so I m going to go back to stock. The only reason that I don't like my stockers is because the offset is horrible. They don't stick out as far as my husbands rims do. I know I can get wheel spaces but I have heard from somewhere that they are not good to get. Is this true??
Pushing the wheels out with spacers puts extra stress on the wheel bearings and it causes premature wear. The wear might not change the life expectancy much or it could cut their life in half.
Nice! Guess I am not doing that. I really wish they stuck out farther though....oh well guess I will have to live with it.
Technically, go with a wider wheel/lower offset will put the same wear on the bearings. There was a time when Subaru nerds wouldn't dare touch a low 40ish offset.
I'd say stock, the gold ones look kinda wierd on your car. Unless of course its a safety issue (If I read correctly) then i'd TEMP. go with the gold ones.
