You can install cams into an LS1 though. Put one in, take it out, put another in. Bam, you've just installed multiple camS into an LS1.

-Good intake setup
-A big fucking cam/supporting mods (lifters,springs)
-Whatever odds and ends you want like intake mani/UD pulley/plug wires/whatever
I agree, but I think the point he was trying to make is; if you're that fucking retarded to not know the ls1 is a single cam motor you have no business telling someone how to modify one.

and i think as soon as the OP started looking up buying cams for an LS1 he'd quickly realize what was going on

Ported 243s and a large cam = 450-470 rwhp. I'm at 436 rwhp and 397 rwtq on stock heads and stock intake manifold with a G5-X2 cam on a 114 lobe with kooks longtubes with cats and borla mufflers.
Nope... headers alone cost that, then you'll need a donkey dick cam and valve-train assuming you don't want to touch the heads. I think 410ish rwhp is the max I've seen on stock LS1 heads.
