If I have already passed the pig I flash lights twice. If I see them in front of me I tap brakes 9-10 times real quick so my back lights flash a lot. I wouldn't recommend turning on off lights because it's obvious to the cop behind you. But it's always good to know a friendly cop so you know what's up w/certain cities cars. Such as I speed all day long past James City cops because they don't have VASCAR which means they have to be stopped to take radar.

I did it the other night on the way home from work. I passed a cop sitting on the side with his radar on. I was doing the speed limit so i was fine. I saw a car approaching so I thought I'd be nice and flash my lights quickly a couple times at him to warn him. The guy was a total dick though. He turned his brights on and left them on and then as he drove by he decided to give me the finger out the window. I just kept going my direction. I hope that mother fucker got pulled.
