I know the Sheriff. I know his daughter. Unfortunately, I've never had the chance to meet her son. But if you had the Sheriff's grandson in a car with you doing reckless while drunk on the way home from a bar, I think you'd have bigger problems to worry about than the cop.
If its any consolation to you, I'm on your side, 4 beers is not a lot. Most of the people replying to this thread probably arent even 21 years old... and the rest are just too quick to judge.
Out in california I got hit by some dumbass in a parking lot and the cops ended up giving me a field sobriety test because I smelled like beer, I had 5 drinks throughout the whole night (about 7 hours) I passed all his tests and I blew a .04 and they let me go.
Driving Drunk is stupid! driving after drinking, isnt the greatest of idea, but if you arent drunk you arent drunk.
NOW, posting "I was driving last night, straight wasted from all that boost I mean boos" is for sure stupid. I would think about how you word something before you post something like this next time.
Anyway, maybe this will be a wake-up for you, when I had to go through those tests in California, it was my wake-up, I wasnt drunk...but it was enough for me to know that I need to pay attention and know my limits.
As a side note, in my opinion, street racing is much dumber then driving after having a few beers.

4 drinks - "driving skills significantly affected"
if you're friends are going to leave the place you were at and leave you without a ride when they know you've been drinking, then they are all as dumb as you are. And why the hell would you speed even 20 over if you know you might get a DUI? That's asking for trouble. You're fucking retarded

it's not like he relaxed a little before getting in his car either, he said he finished drinking like 10 mins before the cop pulled him over.... i doubt he was drunk or even buzzing, but the shit still affects a person (admit it or not). I'm a big guy (280), but I don't even drive anywhere after 2 or 3 drinks b/c I wouldn't be able to live w/ my decision to drive on the chance something did happen

This thread sucks, we are trying to reason why and when drinking and driving should and shouldn't be tolerated. Here's a thought, ITS NOT FUCKING RIGHT, DON'T FUCKING DO IT. This thread needs to be closed.
