call Bob Morecock, (yes its an actual lawyer) he got me out of my racing ticket with a 300 fine, ticket said racing but got dropped, also if the other guy who got caught with you gets his court date postponed, nothing the officer said to him or he said to the officer can be used in court... so, thats how I got off...

sounds like one of those, "you commit the crime, do the time" deals to me...
dont waste the money on the lawyer, and dont waste your time with trying to fight it...
just go to jail and pay the fine.
