this is exactly what needs to be done, its not young drivers its all drivers. As a country we are clueless drivers. We should adopt Germany's model or system. Make it difficult as shit to get a license with extensive schools, car control classes ect. Then fucking drivers would have a fucking clue, appreciate and respect driving and there will be less stupid accidents. But that will never happen.
We will just come up with pointless laws that will just bandaide the problem like extending the length of learners permits or lowering speed limits etc. So the fucking state can make more revenue off the problem......really sad
