if u keeping a stock short block go turbo and keep the revs down

if u go ls/vtec u have to go in the bottom end or it wont last long at all

its not to hard to make a stock ls engine in a crx turbo with maybe a drag kit and hondata run 12's all day longs i have seen a few get 11.9's but not every one can do that but high to mid 12's can be done on slicks
