Damn that sucks man

 

Waiting for the crank to come back from the machine shop. Had some spare time Saturday so I cleaned up the engine bay and finished painting some of the places I slacked on earlier in the build. I like the way it looks now.



Also added some thermal barriers to the fuel filter/regulator.


Hopefully more updates this weekend. Fingers crossed.

Thanks dudes, last thing i'm going to add is some DEI Tunnel Shield to the rest of the tunnel. It does a slightly better job of reflecting the radiant heat from the exhaust than the gold foil does.

Props to the wizard for getting the engine back together for me! Runs smooth now, just needs a tune.
