of course stock exhaust to open down pipe will see significant gains, I guess what im trying to say is that open downpipe to straight pipe and muffler will not cause a significant enough loss to take the risk of getting a ticket, when you can just up the boost 1psi and recover that hp have it tuned and be safe?

and of course it would make me mad, BUT... this is Drag VA... I don't know you or your car, I'm just bored and come on here to fuck with people, I'm sure if I knew you I'd probably defend you... rx-7's are awesome cars, I just don't have the money to put it up with one... and as far as spic saying it won't have you seen his fucking thunderbird? him and his car are a JOKE

james, don't be cheap, get the racing beat turbo-back, get ur 32% power gain they claim, and stay real quiet at the same time and look like its basically a stock exhaust system, you can't go wrong with it

 

actually i think i see where the spics are coming from. it seems like every week i happen to find a thread pertaining to qwiksillva and his broke down rx7. it's actually quite entertaining, to a point. i think that point has passed. it's now annoying as hell to see the same shit talking, and honestly it seems like qwiksillva has no clue what he's doing. i read somewhere a while back that you couldn't get your engine and trans to mate up and came on here asking for help- dude, that's pathetic. i'll give it to you that i have had my share of hard times with getting engines and trannies to line up, but never in a million years would i come to an online message board that is known for thrashing the shit out of people they consider tools and asking for random people to come help, especially with your past history on here. that being said i don't wish you any ill will, and it would be nice to see your car running, but i seriously doubt it's going to be anything special like you've built it up to be, and you have no one but yourself to blame for that with your incessant idiotic shit talking back and forth with the spics, who imho have made you look like an absolute ass time and time again.

advice- get your car running, if you need opinions or help use a telephone or email or some shit, or maybe if you have any friends use them. come back on here when the car is up and running, and talk as much shit as you want. just be prepared to change your username and sell your car if it breaks again, or gets beat by someone you've been talking shit to.

i cant believe i read all that. i only read qwiks post cuz thats my old car after will rebuilt it. i say get the RB exhaust. its the cloest thing to looking stock as your gonna get. if you can find the old RB exhaust that would be better. its got a black canister with polished tip but that would be hard to come by. as for the power gains, its not worth the tickets to run open anything or straight pipes. if you can get the car running, it should be a pretty quick car considering the old set up was already quick. best of luck with the car cuz i know rx-7s are bitches and expensive to mod.

GAH. I have spent so much money. You guys are right though, Racing Beat is definitely the way to go, but either way I have to have a custom downpipe made.
