You STFU. I can say whatever the hell I want. DSM's are not fucking reliable, no matter what the hell you have to say about it.
Have you ever owned a DSM yourself? Or have you just seen your friends DSMs broke down? Were they really broke down for long periods of time or were they just too lazy to repair what they broke?
And you shouldnt really be one to talk about reliabillity seeing how your factory boosted motor only lasted 71k? Boosted DSMs can/have lasted 150k+ stock or even modded.

there is way too much bullshit surrounding the DSM. I have been owning, building and racing DSMs for years and make a good living with them as well. Now they are not as reliable as say an NA GS-R but properly done the are amazing cars. They hold up to the abuse of the daily grind, the motors are strong and deliver consistent results and the car over all is well built.
The 4g63 out of the box is about as strong as they come in stock trim. Hell a head gasket and head studs and you have the basis for a 400hp car.
I love them, now ofcourse they aren't for everyone and buying one is always a risk because so many of them have been built to a high extent.

rotorsownyou7/blaxican why not carry this to a PM or spo.If I were a mod, id warn both of you for being stupid.
Thank you Martin for chiming in. Reliability all depends on the driver, how the car is driving and whether or not the car is tuned properly and not abused. PERIOD. A honda can crap out in the first 50,000 miles if it's constantly abused, same with any car. If you want to talk about being mod'd and being reliable you are asking for a stupid arguement.
I think I'd take a cast iron block and an aluminum head over any aluminum block and head. So now you are gonna bring up say the new ZO6... that motor is built for the HP and toque it puts out... unlike a 2.0L honda block.
