No my friend actually got 12 months in jail and 9 months suspended. So he has to serve 3 months in jail. PERIOD. Good juck with what you are doing. I will never go out again or race anyone just to prove my ego or how fast my car is. Keep it at the track. Not worth it.

 

Did the cop stop both the cars??

 

yeah ever since people have been killed and seriously injured in the tunnels due to dui's and reckless drivers, the cops are out like wolves. i mean ive seen more under cover cars in a daily drive to and from work than i do in a week driving around nyc.

try to get in touch with the guys from the Decker law firm, theyre expensive but they are worth the price form what ive heard, they are the best in the area, you should be able to get their number from the norfolk yellow pages. My lawyer Bobby Howlett use to work for them before he went private and is pretty damn good. he's helped me out A LOT in the past whenever i was in trouble with the popos. give him a call (623-5331) if you cant afford the guys from the decker firm. just like you would never do an operation without a doctor, never go to court without a lawyer, trust me it makes a world of difference. hope this helps and slow down before you hurt more than your pride.

 

it really depends on how the judge and the cop feels i got charged with recklass racing against my boy in nov. we went to court and the cop and judge were really cool. cop waived the jail sentence and judge dropped the 500 dollare fine if i did 25 hours of community service wich i did. and my licesen is restricted until july

all an all i think we lucked out just hope the cop and judge are having a good day

most of the "smart asses" are "smart" enough not to race on the street....especially in an area that is targeting street racing like its the plague.



i live five hours away and i know not to race in that area.

 

Take some of that money you saved and go take an English class.
