I'm surprised the tranny went in that car - they're usually bulletproof - as is the bottom end in it as well. There is a lightened one with carbon fiber panels and such with 1000hp with drag slicks on all 4s running around in TX I believe. The owner also has a Gallardo and Carrera GT. He brings out the 996 when he wants to do damage. He made a 997 Turbo with 620awhp look extremely slow - he put about 20 car lengths on it in no time. It's really a 1000hp supra but with traction.

That would be my weapon of choice - greatest thing of all - it was all stock looking except for the black HREs.

Atlas, you know what a Porsche is right?

Actually from what I know and what I read there have been a number of guys having transmission issues with those cars. They're great cars, but it's not an isolated incident.

As for the 996 you're talking about, I'm very familiar with the car you're talking about if you're referring to the black on black 996. I think he actually lives in Galveston and runs around with a lot of the exotics in and around Houston if I'm not mistaken.

Look the same as they did in 1931? What?? They've changed dramatically. They've grown up, and they still remain tasteful. They're icons!

Oh, maybe they could be like your beloved American manufacturers and bring back old cars and try to make them look modern and retro at the same time. Gay.

I don't like you because you ARE a troll...

Do they share similarities? Sure. The shape, but that's about all. That's the fucking point genius! What do you expect? Did you want the Porsche 911 to be converted into an SUV? Would that make you happy?

Damn then there are two of them - or more. The one i'm talking about is silver with black wheels.

I'm sure the trannys have given out before - since it's an AWD car and people launch the hell out of them = break stuff. But the 2 Porsche mechs i've talk to say in all the years they've worked on 996TTs they've almost never seen a broken tranny. Who knows - it happens all cars - even Supras dohh!

Just for the sake of argument, here's a Carrera S which shares a bit more in common with the 1966, but I still don't see what your point is.

Now go back to talking about how street racing is safer than racing on the track, then talk about how you're going to be the fastest car on the planet and how bad ass street racing is in Florida.

Maybe the one you're talking about is actually in Houston then, but the guy that I know of has a Carrera GT and a Lamborghini too. Then again, I guess most supercar enthusiasts generally have one of each in their stable so it could be anyone on 6speedonline. I believe the black/black one is making upper 800's to the ground.

why the fuck do you think im a troll??? i live in VA and go to school in FL... I said in some cases, down here(only in FL, not everywhere), street racing can be just as safe as racing at the strip... ive never said im going to have the fastest car ever, i just like poking fun at heiss and bad360... street racing is badass in FL, b/c it is done right and has only high HP cars, not skittles and integras... i know you want heiss to be your boyfriend, but you dont have to treat every post i make about him as an attack on him... i like micah, i like bad360, but you are just a fucking fag that is on micahs dick more than his g/f is... please please please go with micah when i finally come up to VA to race him... i want to see the nerdy fan boy face behind the retard cock loving username...

oh and the '66 and new 911 do look similar, look at the roofline, the sweep of the hatch, the rear overhang, the door, and the b-pillar... they look slightly different yes, but the design has not evolved in ways like most cars do(see Aston Martin DB series as an example)... if you had ever watched top gear, you would have caught my joke, but you sit on here all day trolling around waiting for me to post, so you can bitch and moan, or e-stalk micah...
