fairfax sobriety checkpoint
i went through one on New Braddock at the beginning of the month. i could've probably failed it, i wasnt trashed or anything but had maybe 3 jack n cokes in me. i just took the flyer, and said "thank you sir" and i was on my way. they didnt suspect a thing. you just gotta be confident and look them in the eye.
you gotta watch out in nova they are detting up a checkpoint every week

If you know your too drunk your better off refusing all the sobriety tests. Your much better off getting charged/convicted of refusal than dui.
With a dui or refusal conviction you lose your license for a year anyway. But with a dui conviction ASAP is mandatory and the conviction goes on your driving record and therefore your insurance goes up. Not to mention ASAP is expensive, I had to go to ASAP for a dui charge that was dropped to reckless and ASAP cost close to 1K.
