Can some one help me with manifold situation for the RWD SR20DET. I don't really want these fancy stainless steel manifold but I want a decent flowing one that will not crack easy. T3 flange only please. Any ideas.

I remember those as well. Here's the one I remember reading: http://forums.freshalloy.com/ubbthre...553&Forum=UBB9

Basically the turbo isn't that much better than stock so for the money it is a complete waste.

What does everyone think about the "big 28?" It sounds like a good deal if you send them in your core.

I just finished reading about it on Fresh Alloy and I don't think it's been brought up yet. Thanks for the good info everyone.

Its good if it really put the power they claim it will with supporting mods.......I just spoke to them about it and I beleive a more powerfull setup can be had for a lot cheaper......

DSM power claims do not work on a SR20DET. They often boost well past 20psi and our engines just can not handle that without special setups to prevent detonation.

A few guys on Fresh Alloy were running a "big 28" with good results. One was running 12's on 15 psi putting down around 330 whp. There were some others also, but he only had the basics with bigger injectors and new fuel pump if I remember it right.

*****EDIT****** I meant to type 330, not 230. woops

a freind of mine in GA was running 21psi and made 320 to the wheels. he was on a stock motor.

Greddy intake and some cams will shift that power higher and definately make 350+
