If he passed the drunk test the cop gave him then he was good to drive. NO cop would let a driver go if they had the slightest reason to believe they are not in 100% control of their car. How do you think he would feel if he had to respond to a wreck by a drunk driver and then found out it was the same guy he let go. IT DOESNT HAPPEN, so leave this guy alone he was ok to drive and nothing happened so shut up!!

Thats true pyari chick, what leo was saying is that he let me go on a DUI because he didnt feel the need to give me one because i could still operate a vehicle as if i was not under the influence of alcohol.
