Haha I know.....he gets mad when I tease him about his car. The Legacy's are only 250/250 whereas the STIs are 300 and I don't know about the TQ...... someone can help me with that?? It might only be 250/250 but I gained 40hp and 50flbsTQ just by adding an Accessport. I dynoed at 230/265 (a few away from an STI) which IMO isn't bad for Stage 1.
But see we are in a different boat....I like the luxury with the performance. I just love to see the look on peoples faces when they are passed by a family sedan......kinda like the wagon people do I'm sure.
My car is a lot smoother than my husbands. I basically consider them hers and his cars.

we also have different standards on whats luxury. Ive been through 12 cars since the age of 17,none of them being higher than 1994.Im not used to riding in cars with nice seats,or A/C and all those little features that other people take for granted. If you put me in an 04 ANYTHING..im gonna think its a benz..simply because I Was raised around old cars.so an STI to me,would be like luxury lol.

oh well, keeping the srt, be ready

PS- ian came home.... now its your turn Mr. I.
I have been through 7 in the last 4 years (don't ask).....so I know where you are coming from. This car is my first new car and believe me I feel like I am driving a Benz.....but I have Brick red leather seats, heated, navi, 6 disc indash cd player basically all the stuff I have never had before. Now, the STI isn't luxury, but it is sure as hell nice......my husband just traded someone their STI seats for his WRX ones, not because he wanted an STI interior but because the seats are soooo much comfortable in an STI.

Yea definately....if you are used to 94 and older...you said it, you will be more than satisfied. Shit you might as well get a WRX then. You will be satisfied for less...lol.

well I was going to get a WRX at first..but they were saying, for the power I wanted..it would take more money, and be less reliable to make that much power on that model..and that I should better invest my money in the STI.Ill be sure to take a look at his car
