nope...i know of 2 guys that did 630rwhp with s trims...one did it with a complete stock motor 98 cobra, and it lasted 400 1/4 passes before it blew up...lol ive got the vid, it went 10.4, then threw a rod. i also know of another guy, who did 630rwhp with an shm longblock and s trim. he then took the s trim off and went to a d1 and did over 700rwhp

i think it probably just has a core just like a air/air intercooler but water surrounds the outside of it instead of air..

obviously both air and water being contained from each other

air doesnt get in...well only the pressurized air from the turbo that is...it uses water to transfer heat instead of air...the kit comes with a water tank, pump, and heat exchanger
