IM SCREWED
supposibly theres a law stating that if you a exceeding 100 miles n hour and the cops chase you. you should be able to get out of it because in the state of va there are not allowed to go into high persuit or some shit like that. So what I would do would be to talk to your uncle see if he could do anything for you and then also get a lawyer and see if they can use that law to fight your case
You're 0 for 2. Go back to the F/S forums troll
and for all the lil b*tchs that thinks that 105-55 bad........ I did 120-45 racing and got off scott clean no lawyer no nothing so the impossible can be done ...Thats something to brag about right there lol
I hope you sense my sarcasm cause im laying it on pretty thick
oh, and the judge asked him how big he'd like his asshole...
There is no law like that on the books and if you had any intelligence at all you'd know that or at least looked it up before you made a retarded statement
you live and learn from your mistakes Im just happy that mine didnt cost me a shit load of time and money thats all. just a little encouragement to home dude that got caught and I glad that you took the time to look that up but there is a law in the state of virginia stating that cops arent allowed to go into high pursuit
They can't go into a high pursuit chase if there is immediate danger to them or others (which they will do anyway, judge won't push that at them).
And you should be in jail, then you wouldn't clutter this thread with your useless bullshit.

For example Va Beach doesn't have a pursuit policy but the State Troopers do. However they take into account the speed and the crime when pursuing.
Witness the dipshit on the motorcycle a few weeks back. Va Bch didn't pursue but the Trooper did however once the speed went over 100 on secondary roads the Trooper backed off.
There is no blanket law stating that police are not allowed to go into high pursuit.
Additionally there is no such law stating that if the Police pursue you in violation of said mythical law that your case will get tossed out of court.
thanks for playing....try again.
wow...he has a state trooper for an uncle and hes asking us what will happen to him..and making himself look like a complete idiot in the meantime...maybe going to jail will make you grow up a little...might be good for you
