There is no law like that on the books and if you had any intelligence at all you'd know that or at least looked it up before you made a retarded statement

They can't go into a high pursuit chase if there is immediate danger to them or others (which they will do anyway, judge won't push that at them).

And you should be in jail, then you wouldn't clutter this thread with your useless bullshit.

For example Va Beach doesn't have a pursuit policy but the State Troopers do. However they take into account the speed and the crime when pursuing.

Witness the dipshit on the motorcycle a few weeks back. Va Bch didn't pursue but the Trooper did however once the speed went over 100 on secondary roads the Trooper backed off.

There is no blanket law stating that police are not allowed to go into high pursuit.

Additionally there is no such law stating that if the Police pursue you in violation of said mythical law that your case will get tossed out of court.
