Default Temporary Housing

I just got an internship with Lockheed Martin in Alexandria. Just have a couple questions to ask you northern va heads.
What can I expect to pay for an apartment? Right now on craigslist the average is around 700 w/ utilities.
Does anyone know of any places in the area that specialize in temporary housing? A place already furnished?

Thanks for your help.

If you found places for 700 including utilities I'd go ahead and hop on that. Its probably in a shitty area though.

woodbridge. once you get south of fort belvoir, the area isnt considered "DC metro" so the housing prices drop. according to the Army anyways.

I meant 700 for the room. Not the whole apartment. I was looking at subleases.
