I have halos in a 2000 teg I just bought. The headlights are workin but not the halos all I see is 4 white wire on both front and pass side. Looks like two to each high and low beam. Tried power and ground to each pair on pass side and no luck

 

I think there should be an inverter or some type of power supply for those, which would connect to the white wires. I suspect you're missing some parts.

You're prob better off redoing all the wiring to them to begin with. No used car that ever came with those halos, that I've ever encountered, had the wiring done and/or connected properly. Bump a wire and something turns off...pretty much guaranteed.

 

Why the fuck would you want halos on a fucking integra anyway?

Rip them out they look fucking stupid kid.
