Default check engine light??

my check engine light came on this morning on the way to work...
i cehcked my oil and what not and all i can think of is my brake fluid may have been a bit low.
I put in a new short ram intake last week but i checked all my hoses and my OBD2 sensor and theyre fine.
i also checked my hoses and theyre good too. any other ideas??

Go to your local autozone or advanced auto parts store. They will read the code for you free. Makes it that much quicker

The check engine light can come on for like 200 different reasons. Depending on the year of the vehicle, not tightening the gas cap properly can throw a CEL. The only way to know whats going wrong is to get the code pulled.
