iTrader feedback resolution.
OK, I know you folks are familiar with the whole feedback rating system, so I'll cut to the chase.
If you receive negative feedback, and you feel it was not deserved, please report the rating.
Once it is reported, one of the admins will look into it to try to resolve the situation.
Please note, that feedback is only to be given when it relates directly to a transaction that has occurred. DO NOT use it as a means to "get back" at someone for matters unrelated to a transaction
Seriously, just because you don't like what someone has to say, doesn't mean that you should give them negative feedback. If you think someone is making inappropriate posts in a thread of yours, report it. If you think someone is doing something that you feel is "shady", report it.
If you are found to be abusing feedback privileges, you stand to lose all your feedback points, and a possible ban. You can't be slick about it either... we get notified when negative feedbacks as well as reported feedbacks are made.
