the only really significant difference with the obd2 motors is the crank angle sensor and the distributor plug, you can use your obd1 ls distributor(have to chop of a leg) or get an obd1 vtec distributor, take off the crank angle sensor on the motor since your obd1 wiring harness does not require it and wire vtec accordingly to the ecu, you will also need to wire for the knock sensor which your obd1 ls does not have if oyu use the ls harness and gsr ecu with no hondata.. i would suggest an obd1 gsr ecu or obd1 p28 w/hondata,youll have to wire vtec either way if you use the ls harness.....youll also need a vtec upper radiator hose....and im assuming the manifold and all those other goodies comes with the motor.....you might have to extend a few plugs with the gsr manifold but i dont think you do...cant remember........

you cannot use the intake manifold from the LS on the gsr. you can use the header/intake/radiator however. more impatient pretty much summed it up, and i believe the pins on the ecu plugs are diff. for obd2 ecu's so you wouldnt be able to use an obd2 ecu. get an obd1 gsr ecu just for simplicities sake. basically buy the complete swap and resell whatever you have left over. it's so much easier just to swap the shit out then buy it halfass and try to piece together shit and find out you are missing one or two things as the motor is going in...
