Well all i might be looking to move in 2-3 room mates into my house I have 3 rooms available. two of them are decent size the other is small. looking in the next month or two. if this were to happen it would be within the next 1-2 months time. all renters must have first months rent that is all i ask.

house is in Seaford, york county
the house has Washer/dryer/dishwasher, storage shed out back, sun room, its on water front property 1 full bathroom 2 half, central heat and ac, 1 car garage (will either house my race car or be for storage) in a very quiet neighborhood. everyone will be responsible for cleanliness of the house and yard. however i usually pay someone a few bucks to do the lawn.

All utilities will be split equally between the renters gas/electric/sewage/phone/etc.

pets are ok depending what they are. I have 1 cat and a bird. dogs are cool too. as long as the animals dont use everything for a bathroom. House has been complately re-carpeted

other two $400 per month
