Alright so recently I finally got my shitbox running. Now I'm having trouble with starting it. I have plenty of a charge in the battery but I need to get it jumped to start it. I checked the voltmeter and it's getting to the starter okay. So that pretty much leaves me with the Starter motor being bad, correct? I'm going to try and swing by advance tomorrow and get it tested to be sure, just wondering if I should plan on taking it, or if there is anything else I should check.

It can have voltage but if you have dirty terminals, it might not be getting enough current. Clean your battery connections, and the connection to the starter motor. Also check your grounds.

I've had this same problem before (a couple of months ago), and it was the ground to the starter. But all the grounds are good. I cleaned the terminals a few days ago and that netted be a little extra life but now I'm stuck again. Could the terminals just be that bad/worn?

I've seen batteries hold 12-13v but not have enough cranking amps to start the car. But definitely check all your connections first.

Well I have a battery charger, and left it charging for a good while, and still nothing.

just because you hookup a battery charger to it doesn't mean the battery is good. Try taking a battery out of another car that is known to be good and try it.

I already tested the battery and it was good. But, I will still try another one nonetheless.

Let autozone test the battery if you haven't they can tell if it has a dead cell.

Also, check the grounds on the starter.

Did you check the health of the battery or just the voltage? As state voltage don't mean shit.

I went by advance today. It was the battery, so that's that. Thanks guys.
