Default throttle question...

had another friends bike blow over in this wind the other day (newer f4I). he says the throttle is sticking (the actual grip won't spring back). i couldn't get over there yet but told him maybe the grip got under it and was catching it and then to check the lock nuts at the throttle and on the side of the fairing...anything else i should check for?

check and make sure the bar end didn't get pushed in and is binding up on the grip too. honda's have a big lead wieght in the handlebar, and it can get pushed in too far if the bike falls on the bar end.
