Default gsr idle problems ICV?

My teg is reving up to 3k and dropping back and forth and wont stop. I put coolant in it and idk wtf is up w/it. Its a 2000 gsr motor in my 94 ls. Never had problems on the idle. Also if it is the icv is it the same on the ls motor or an older 95 gsr motor? How much are they and what is the easiest way to do so thanks.

maybe you have a vacuum leak, take some intake cleaner and spray it around your, manifold where it bolts to the head. also try spraying your injectors near the o rings a vacuum leak can and will cause this problem. if it starts idling rough after you spray it in a certain area then you found your leak then all you gotta do is fix it.
