yer using th line that came with the gauge i assume...i usually go to a hardware store, buy a plumbing fiting to fit over the stock one and run vac line to the guage...i have problems w/ the "plastic" line kinking on one of my cars and ive never used it again 3 cars later, still doing the same thing

What type of gauge is it. The Defi boost gauge I used to have had a much better way to connect it then my friends Autometer boost gauge.

It is probably the Autometer as Defi uses rubber material. The Autometer is supposed to come with a fitting to fit it, but your local hardware store should have something that will work.

Let this soak in for a minute...

How does the hose connect to the gauge itself? Probably with some rubber tubing. How about connecting the two nylon lines together with a small piece of tight fitting rubber hose?
