newbie needs help again :(
ok guys hopefully this will be the last dumb question.......ok so i get the ls motor and tranny...to install the turbo kit do i need to....put bigger injectors?if so what size is recomended.ecu upgrade or can i wait? how much boost is recomended to run on stock internals safely? buddy told me that upgrade the headgasket and i can boost the sh*t out of it is that true since the compression ratio is like 9.1 so im told. thanks so much

The general rule of thumb is about 8 PSI with the stock injectors, after that they can't flow enough, or are getting close enough to the edge of their safety margin that you should go bigger. You should get some type of fuel management to do the tuning, like a AFC or get the ECU chipped so it can be tuned. This is very necessary and has to be done if you get bigger injectors. This is assuming that you already have the correct ECU for your engine. I don't know much about boosted LS setups, just what's required to keep the fuel system happy and tuned. Someone else has to jump in for the rest of the stuff.
