hi i will admit ahead of time i know nothing about cars...just a bit about mine.
i have a toyota solara and it has no mods..i want to do an engine swap but i dont know what kind of engine would be best or what would fit...could someone help me out...i do know that camry parts will fit my car..and that solaras are just upgraded camrys.. but i dont want a camry engine...mine is faster anyway..

Next time make a more helpful thread title

After that try to either ask more specific questions or give everyone more information. What are you trying to do with the car? How much power are you looking to make? How much money do you have to spend?

All these will effect what answers you'll get so you should lay better groundwork next time, remember garbage in = garbage out

defintly sell it andget you something more sporty or something that you will have more options to do motor work swaps turbo kits etc if you want to do something like a motor swap in that car it is gonna cost you an ass load.

umm i dont know i hear of the camry guys swapping in third gen 3sgte motors in camrys and makin em sleepers....
