Default D16Y7 starting problems

I recently broke down at a gas station. What I did was I hooked up my new amplifier to my subwoofers (orginal wiring from before, nothing new) and i did not have a fuse in my in line power wire. so i drove up to the gas station, turned off my car, went inside and bought a fuse. went to my car, popped the hood, and put the fuse in. when i put the fuse in, it made a spark. everything works inside of my car but wont start. what does that sound like? sounds to me like the ignition coil or the whole distributor. the motor only has about 45,000 miles on it. what can i do.....need help please!!!!!!!!

First thing to do is check all other fuses. Sounds like you may have blow a different fuse down the line somewhere.

Or the fuse you put in is the incorrext rated fuse.

Well it is possible that you could be using the incorrect rated fuse, this would be a great solution. however, if a component is shorted in the circuit, it will have no voltage drop causing more power to pass through the fuse. Sounds like a short.
