Need information on Getting ECU Rewired

Ive got a 95 hactch with b18c1 and the inside of the car got wet and the ecu has some stray wires. Do you know of any places that specialize in things like that?? Any help would be appreciated!!

i chip ecu's, im sure i can look at it. do you have and pics of it? does it function normally?

Yes it is working ok.. but one time vtec didnt kick in..but that was only once
