Default Spark Plugs

Anyone recommend a gap for 89 civic LX? No mods or anything if that matters. And NGK spark plugs.

Thanks

I bought them from Advanced Auto and dont really trust the people who work there for advice. I use to work at one and they didn't know shit. Is there a site that explains recomended gap or should I ask my mechanic?
