1990 integra dashboard removal?

I recently purchased a 5" tachometer and I am trying to install it myself. But, there is one problem I can not find all the screws to remoe the dashboard. ANYBODY HAVE ANY IDEAS.

Did the stock tach break?

Why do you have to remove you dash to add a tach?

Why do you need a 5" tach? I don't understand why so many people mount tachs inside the car, you should mount it on the hood!
