Default Calling All 240 Guys!

Hey guys, Im doing a 240SX dash swap in my truck...Got a couple questions, Did any of the S13s come with cable driven speedos, If so what year, I need a cluster for my dash. Also do you know if the speedo gear in the tranny would swap into a Hardbody tranny?

Well in that case does anyone know if the electric sending unit from a 240 tranny would work in a 86.5-97 Hardbody tranny?

Although I'm not positive, I'm willing to bet that the 200 cluster wont work with the 240 dash. An option that (if the electrical speedometer sending unit doesn't work) would be to install a hall effect sensor with the same impedance figures as the 240 speedo requires.

Anyone know about the 200sx cluster or if the sending unit from a 240 will work?
