motor problem
I have a 91 honda civic dx hatch with a d15b and sometimes after driving it for a little while and start it back up it will not go over 1500 rpms. it will die as soon as it goes over then idle again....acts like rev limiter.Anyone have any idea what it can be. Possibly computer needs to be reset or something?

You probablly need a new battery, and for the running like crap part. Go to the passanger side foot well. Lift up the carpet (just under the glove box sorta), there will be a gold coloured cover, unbolt that, prolly 4 10mm nuts, then there will be a box which is your computer to run your car, which will most likely have a light flashing. This flashing light tells the driver or mechanic what is wrong with the car, in a way. So count the number of times it flashes then let us know, and one of us will look the code up for you and help you. Hope this helps bro.
Sounds like you have a charging system issue, beings that you have to jump start the car. As far as the not going over 1500 rpm's check the pick-ups in the distributer. Also check all grounds, and verify that the map sensor and tps are putting out the correct signal.
